Why didn’t you ask my boot size during the pre-order?
We don’t take your size during the pre-order because each pair of Lucchese boots might fit you differently. We will record your size once you are fitted by a boot specialist at the venue.
Can you explain the pricing on your website during checkout?
When checking out during a boots pre-order in our online store system, you will notice the base price is set at $590, which is where our most affordable boots start out. If you select a style that has exotic leathers or intricate stitching patterns, there will be an additional charge. For instance, when purchasing The Sinner, the dropdown menu will say, “+$645” because the cost of that boot is $1,235. This price does not include tax or the $20 flat rate shipping fee.
How long will it take to get my boots?
A team member will give you an estimated completion date after your fitting. On average, your boots can take up to 15 weeks for a Lucchese artisan to make. You will be notified when your boots have shipped.
Can I use a PO Box when pre-ordering boots?
No, sorry. Boots are shipped through FedEx, so you will need to enter a physical mailing address when ordering boots since FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. box.

What happens if I'm included in the boot pre-order but don't show up or get fitted at the venue?
If you do not show up for your boot fitting at the show you selected, your pre-order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. If you cannot make it, please let our boots staff know in advance by emailing "theseboots@ericchurch.com" so you can free up a spot for another fan.
When will my credit card be charged?
When signing up for your boots pre-order, you are pre-authorizing a charge on your card for the full amount plus shipping and tax. However, your card will not be charged until approximately 24 hours after you get fitted at the venue.
Why do I have to pre-order before I go to the show?
Pre-ordering your pair of These Boots by Lucchese will streamline your boots buying process by letting you pay ahead of time, enter your shipping address, and input your Choir membership if you have one. This means you will only have to get fitted at the venue and then you are on your way to your seat! Also, this will help other Choir members since the line will move more quickly. If you decide you no longer want to purchase, we will refund your pre-order immediately.
What if I don’t want to pre-order before I see the boots or try them on?
Pre-ordering is not mandatory. However, pre-order customers will get a priority access wristband and our boots staff will fit them first. We will still accommodatewalk up customers for fittings and purchase, but only after pre-order customers are served.
How many wristbands will I receive when I pre-order?
You will get only 1 wristband for each pre-order. This will be left for you at will call under your name. Please bring your ID.
What is the boots pre-order waitlist?
We can only serve a limited number of pre-order customers at each venue. If the pre-orders are sold out for your venue, then add your email to the waitlist.
