These Boots by Eric Church will accept returns of unworn and undamaged or defective "Buy-Now" products purchased online from thetheseboots.ericchurch.com website for a refund within 30 days or receipt.
All boot elements must be in mint, original condition to be eligible for a refund, and all packages arriving to These Boots facilities will be thoroughly inspected by our staff to ensure eligibility. Should the item be approved for refund, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you through email to notify you of your package’s arrival and it’s credited refund. Refunds are processed and credited to the original credit or debit card used for purchase, and are granted within 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned item.
Unfortunately, These Boots will not be able to accept any items, regardless of their condition past their 30 day return period, for any refunds or exchanges. Items returned past their return period to These Boots facilities will not be accepted for inspection and will be returned to original recipient.
Exchanges are addressed on a case by case basis. Please contact a These Boots specialist for more information at theseboot@ericchurch.com Exchanges are NOT applicable to PRE-ORDERED Boots.
